Do I need a construction permit?
A simple declaration of works is enough
What is the waiting period to start building my floor?
We require only 20 cm on each sides of the pool. This 20 cm is filled up with materials obtain on the dug area. This implies that you can start building your floor immediately after the pool is installed.
I am not fond of do-it-yourself and I don’t have the relevant specialized tools. Will I be able to do the installation?
Yes. The sheets are assembled just like in a brick game. You will assistance to lift up the panes and clip them with the others. Open the liner just like a bed sheet and place it like a bag. You will need a leveling ruler, a screw driver… and some will ! In any case, we provide a phone technical assistance, even in weekends.
If I make a mistake, how is the problem solved?
We can easily recover from mistakes as we do not use concrete. We can always correct the assembly system to reach the aimed target.
I’d like you to only place the liner.

Do you have any documentation detailing the required preparation?
You will have a precise document, which includes the digging plan and the mobile phone number of the manufacturer. Your excavating agent can, at any time, call the manufacturer for information.
Do you do installation works in any region?
Yes, we are present all throughout France
Is it possible to custom-make the swimming lighting?
Yes, no problem at all. We can always change spot locations as these items fit into the system at the very last stage.
The sand placed beneath the pool has no risks of moving with time?
No. This sand makes a total height of 10cm, it is wet and then leveled by a ruler. The liner is placed on the sand and spread through the weight of water. The liner is stretched and blocks the sand underneath. There is an added walking comfort.
I’m renovating an existing swimming, will your product be useful to me?
We regularly do renovation works and change the liner to place our’s. We also replace filtration systems by our own.
